Hand-thrown porcelain pottery mug in a beautiful glossy combination of greens, blues and dark brown ont the lower half of the mug, with a feel for the southwest. This mug has a 'D' shaped handle that is sized for a large hand and holds 11-15 ounces (medium mug). Each mug is approximately 4 3/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter. These are somewhat unusual colors due to being fired in a gas oxidation enviroment versus a gas reduction enviroment. Each piece is high fired to 2400F, and is signed on the bottom. As with all hand crafted pottery the coloring and size will vary slightly from piece to piece, making each piece a one-of-a-kind.
